Option 1 - Self-Serve Barrel Freezers

$600 minimum order

Option for those who do not have freezer space onsite and are okay with self-service. We deliver up to two barrel freezers to your location, packed with Minis (5oz) of your choice. We can bring a menu. When your event is finished, we will come back and pick up the freezers. Capacity - up to 240 SINGLE servings (120 max servings per barrel freezer and we have two freezers). If you would like to order more minis, please be prepared to have onsite storage for the excess. Quote Considerations: time of the day (let us know if this is a late night gig), physical access (no stairs, ramps, elevator, etc), and distance from DTLA.

Option 2 - Gelato Cart

$1200 base price, surcharges apply

Choose from four (4) different flavors. One (1) attendant on-site for scooping, 2 hours. Additional hours for extra charge. Capacity - 150-300 servings, depending on the event length. Quote Considerations: time of the day (let us know if this is a late night gig), physical access (no stairs, ramps, elevator, etc), distance from DTLA, and availability of an electric plug.

Option 3 - Gelato Bicycle

$1750 base price, surcharges apply

Our most beautiful setup. Choose from four (4) different flavors. Two (2) attendants on-site for scooping, 2 hours. Additional hours for extra charge. Capacity up to 300 servings in the base price, with an option to add more servings. Quote Considerations: time of the day (let us know if this is a late night gig), physical access (no stairs, ramps, elevator, etc as this is a LONG and WIDE bike), distance from DTLA, and availability of an electric plug for overnight charging for multi-day events.

Option 4 - Itty Bitty Gelato Display + Cart

$850 base price, surcharges apply

Looks like a Mini Gelato Display - makes everyone go AWWW. Our most affordable setup yet! Perfect for tight spaces. Choose from three (3) different flavors. One (1) attendant on-site for scooping, 1-1.5 hours. Capacity - up to 150 SINGLE servings. If you like the look of this setup and need additional hours / servings, please reach out to us. The advantage of this setup is the ability to fit it into tight spaces! Quote Considerations: time of the day (let us know if this is a late night gig), and distance from DTLA.

Custom Gelato Pies, Cakes, Tiered Wedding Cakes

Frozen gelato pies (with waffle cone crust), gelato cakes, and our decadent tiered gelato wedding cakes. Sky is the limit but we do need ample time for planning and execution. Considerations: on-site storage and appropriate serving tools.
