Huge thank you to Bethany Harris of Gjelina and Gjusta Grocer for procuring these beautiful heirloom cranberries from Fresh Meadows Farm – a taste of home for her and a sweet reminder of exploring cranberry bogs as a kid. I couldn’t resist giving this sorbet a little Uli’s Gelato twist, so it became a blend of cranberry and hibiscus, inspired by our OG Jamaica Agua Fresca Sorbet.

If you order here, you can pick up at our DTLA manufactory (541 S. Spring St, 90013), get pints delivered via UberEats, or shipped with dry ice. We have a very small quantity, so order cut-off is Wednesday, 11/26 at 10am PST or until sold out.

This flavor is VEGAN + allergen-free (unless if you are allergic to cranberries / citrus) with the most exquisite texture.
