WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our Downtown LA location: 541 S. Spring St Suite 104 (inside the Historic Spring Arcade Building), Los Angeles, CA 90013.
Two-Day Shipping
Our standard shipping option is two-day shipping in an insulated shipper box with dry ice. We primarily use FedEx and UPS. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Dry Ice Handling and Safety Tips
Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide (CO2) with a very low surface temperature of is –109.3° F (–57° C). Dry ice can produce large quantities of carbon dioxide as it turns from a solid to a gas. Carbon dioxide is in the air we breathe, but it makes up only a tiny percentage of it (less than a tenth of one percent), and at high concentrations it has toxic effects. Carbon dioxide poisoning can be caused by dry ice in enclosed, poorly ventilated spaces.
Following these tips can help minimize hazards when you're handling dry ice.
- Protect your hands and eyes. The extremely cold surface temperature of dry ice can cause frostbite.
- Do not touch dry ice directly. Dispose of it by handling the box or the plastic bag it came in.
- Never place dry ice into your freezer or fridge. Dispose of it outside or in well-ventilated areas such as a balcony.
- Never dispose of dry ice in a toilet, sink or garbage disposal. The extreme cold can damage plumbing.
- Never dispose of dry ice in a trash can.
- Never leave dry ice in a locked car (very dangerous, just ask Uli).
Just as general rule of thumb – do not touch dry ice directly and place it outside where no one can touch it for it to safely sublimate. In a few hours, it will completely be gone.
Availability on DoorDash, Grubhub, UberEats and other platforms
We offer various local delivery options via third-party delivery apps. In this case, a third party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for delivering your orders. Please contact these services directly with any delivery issues.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
