Peanut Butter Chip Non-Dairy Gelato

This is our take on the classic Peanut Butter Chip ice cream. We use the “stracciatella” technique - instead of chocolate chips, we drizzle hot, melted chocolate into ice cold, peanut butter gelato, where it solidifies and fractures on contact. Oh and in true Uli’s Gelato fashion, we make our own peanut butter and oat milk from scratch.
